Nina & Sarah Jane

We started LetsGoYoga in Twickenham over 15 years ago. Our classes and workshops are now based on the picturesque & peaceful Eel Pie Island.

Our aim is that you leave the session feeling grounded, centred and more relaxed. Over time we hope you will gain awareness, flexibility, strength and a clarity of mind.

let’s meet our

Fully Qualified Instructors

Nina Mckellar

I started yoga as a teenager although decided to commit more time and energy to it in my 20’s. During my travels I was inspired by traditional Indian Hatha Yoga and was also introduced to meditation. I found myself much more grounded and centred whilst I was practising and took it on from there. I qualified as a 500-hour British Wheel of Yoga teacher 20 years ago. Following that my children were born and I am now the mum of two teenagers!

I am now qualified to teach yoga to children and teenagers and have also completed a Pilates training course. I aim to provide an up to date and informed approach, as well as a sense of humour through my practice and teaching of yoga. My curiosity & interest in how the body, mind and spirit connect keeps me learning and my mind open. I also have a personal practice of Transcendental Mediation which helps me navigation the ups and downs of daily life.

Sarah Jane Minter

I have been practicing and teaching yoga for over 25 years and as time has progressed, I have benefited from sharing the journey with some great students and teachers from all over the world. I started my own practice with the
Ashtanga primary series, and this encouraged me to complete my 500 hours Diploma teaching course with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) in 2005, and I am also now a qualified BWY Foundation Course Tutor.

I have also completed a Yin
Teacher Training course with Norman Blair & Restorative Yoga training with Judith & Lizzie Lasater. Lockdown offered the opportunity to complete my BASI Pilates training and I now incorporate some Pilates into my classes. I also run overseas Yoga retreats in Europe and dedicated Mindfulness & Meditation weeks. I have a particular interest in anatomy and how yoga can affect our bodies having worked through debilitating injuries myself. I incorporate all these styles; Hatha, Dynamic flow, Yin & Restorative into my teaching, but will always ensure it is an enjoyable experience for everyone and adapt the class to suit the needs of the students in front of me. I also offer one-to-one sessions in my home studio in TW2.
